Capitol Hill Briefing Will Focus on Health Information Privacy and Security

CC_LogoTag_RGBThe Healthcare Leadership Council’s Confidentiality Coalition is hosting a HIPAA 101 briefing on Monday, March 23, 2015.  There will be a panel with experts from Surescripts and Cleveland Clinic. Health information privacy and security is increasingly on the minds of healthcare organizations, as well as the public.  The panel will discuss how health information is protected across a variety of health settings and why HIPAA remains relevant to current legislation.

The briefing will take place at noon in the Rayburn House Office Building, Room 338.  Boxed lunches will be provided.  Please rsvp to Chris Adamec at cadamec@hlc.org.
