January 23 Capitol Hill Briefing Will Focus on New Developments in Patient Safety

Companies from Multiple Health Sectors Will Present New Innovations

This Thursday, January 23, the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC) will host a congressional staff briefing, “What You Don’t Know About Healthcare Safety and Should Be Asking: Elevating the Patient Experience.” The briefing will examine how private sector healthcare leaders are addressing safety challenges and, in so doing, improving outcomes for patients and healthcare consumers.

The briefing will feature case studies from the HLC compendium of new health innovations, The Future is Here, and will include presentations by experts from Cardinal Health, C.R. Bard and Texas Health Resources.
