HLC Hosting March 9 Capitol Hill Briefing on Care Coordination

On Wednesday, March 9, the Healthcare Leadership Council will host a briefing on new innovations in care coordination and patient engagement in private sector healthcare. The briefing will feature experts from Golden Living, Maxim Healthcare Services, Novo Nordisk and Select Medical.

The briefing follows HLC’s release of “VIable Solutions: Six Steps to Transform Healthcare Now” which included recommended principles on care coordination to improve treatment of chronic illnesses.
