The fruits of their labor increase patient satisfaction and cost-efficiency. Their vision takes advantage of emerging technologies and technological convergence. COVID-19 and the multiple stresses and constraints it brought did not create telehealth; it merely gave rise to new opportunities that recent technological advancements made possible or scalable.
