“We appreciate Congress and the Administration coming together on this bipartisan continuing resolution. It ends a historic government shutdown and importantly restores access to care for millions by funding key health programs – especially those that are vital to seniors, like Medicare telehealth and Hospital at Home.
“But this cannot be the finish line. Lawmakers must act on enhanced premium tax credits that enable families to afford health coverage. With the credits lapsing, millions of Americans face steep premium hikes, putting care out of reach for too many.
We stand ready to partner with lawmakers in the months ahead to preserve and strengthen access to affordable, high-quality care.”
